A book of Ghanaian recipes, by Marian Shardow. The book was exhibited at Excel, London (the largest book fair in Europe) in March 2006 and at Earls Court (London) in April 2008, and was exhibited in the Canada Expo in June 2008, and another Book Expo in September 2008.  The book has been a best-seller in Waterstones Bookshop in Imperial College, London (where Marian once worked).  It is listed by Amazon in the UK, by Barnes & Noble Bookshops in the USA, and further information can be found by Google searches.  Marian has been interviewed twice on London’s Premier Radio about the book, which has also been featured on the BBCi website.
