Marian’s “A Taste of Hospitality” and “A Taste with a difference" are available as a paperbacks or as e-books. Between them you will find 135 pages containing traditional examples of Ghanaian food and Ghanaian recipes, all fine examples of west African cuisine.  They’re under a wide range under headings such as, soups, porridges, fried foods, steamed dishes, stewing, roasts, cakes, biscuits, breads, party dishes, and sauces, plus an appendix (containing miscellaneous extras).
